Yet again Organic beef continues hit the high spots with prices now around 420p Kg.  Lambs are slow to come forward due to the so called summer, but on the plus side prices continue to be ahead of sellers expectations at around 415 p Kg. Organic store cattle are proving to be a big winner for us just now with both plenty willing buyers and sellers.
