Large volumes of Organic Beef are coming forward off grass at this time and we are just about getting to a waiting list situation, but the good news is, that prices have remained stable at 430p/kg. We have managed to sell only one small lot of lambs organically this week at 395p/kg but we are sure this situation will change in the not too distant future. Organic store cattle are in big demand and we have clients for breeds and sizes.
