Farm Stock are very proactive in the red meat sector and will fight for your best price. Caledonian Organics, through Farm Stock Scotland, are the place to buy and sell organic prime beef and lamb, store cattle, store lambs, and cull cows.

Representing the Scottish Organic Red Meat Sector
The Board of Directors takes control of all management decisions including strategic direction. The day to day operations are contracted to Farm Stock Scotland and we are in very close contact with the FSS staff and management board.
Caledonian Organics Directors also contribute to the wider industry by giving up their time to attend organic meetings, attedn agricultural shows and liaise with Scottish Government.
Caledonian Organics is a member of the Scottish Organic Forum and as a key industry partner we have contributed to the Scottish Organic Action Plan. You can read more about the Action Plan on our downloads page here
