Last night we played Chorlton Villa, a team who have had 2 successive promotions in the Manchester league, so we new it was going to be a difficult fixture.  The game ended 2-2 after a fine game of football.  Although we didn't win, this was probably the best performance so far of pre-season, i was impressed with everybodys attitude and desire to win last night.  Any passer by would have thought this was a cup final the way  both teams played.  Johnny and Chris on his debut were the scorers.  Play like this come the start of the season and we wont go far wrong.
