An application for outline planning permission for up to up to 90 new homes is expected to be submitted on behalf of  Barratt Homes in July. (Phase 2)

A  public consultation for  phase 2 to be located south of the Northampton Road allottments will be held at the Community Centre, Spratton Road, Brixworth in the afternoon of Thursday 12 June.

An application is also expected soon on behalf of Redrow Homes for about 60 houses to the north of Holcot Road.
