Last night by 5 votes to 4 DDC Planning Committee followed the advice of Officersto approve the application by DLP on behalf of Barratt Homes for outline planning permission to build 150 houses to the east of Northampton Road. Brixworth Councillor Liz Wiig who was unable to attend but whose submission was read out, but ignored by the five members voting for approval, has offered her resignation from the Committee.
