Ian Barratt stood down as Chairman of the Parish Council at their AGM last night after several valuable years of service to the community. He will continue as a councillor but in a less demanding role. The new Chairman is Mike Lacey a strong advocate of Localism who will do his best to ensure that the Council is ready for the challenges and opportunities presented by the new legislation expected to be enacted within the next twelve months. Colin Bament has moved from Highways to Planning with Elaine Nunn as V Chair.
