Those interested in the Brand X organ may be interested to know that the designer, builder and owner, Ian Griffin, has had to buy a trailer to take it to venues.

The problem is that the fuel consumption of his car rises dramatically when pulling the trailer.   This means it is more expensive for Ian to take the Brand X organ along to venues.

Perhaps the answer maybe to give engagers the choice of what they want see and hear and adjust the fee accordingly.  Having said that, would engagers be prepared to pay extra just to see a wooden cabinet - because there is no difference in the sound?

While the cost of motor fuel remains so high, much thought has to be given to the transport of the Brand X.   However, Ian says that it will be used for festivals and special events where he has a featured evening concert spot.
