Dear Madam

I am trying to accertain who has placed some traffic count equipment in various locations in Brixworth as we (Northamptonshire County Council) have had reports that the equipment is causing a trip hazard and someone has already walked into it.  Could you please contact me ASAP to confirm if this equipment is part of a survey on your behalf and if so the contact details of the installer of the equipment so it can be relocated so it no longer causes an obstruction.

So good people of Brixworth if you know who placed this mystery equipment around Brixworth please let BRAIN know.

It certainly is nothing to do with BRAIN. The only thing BRAIN would like to do is trip up plans to build even more houses in Brixworth.

Just think of the increased traffic flow with an average of 2.3 cars per house x 300 houses that's a lot of cars on Brixworths' already congested roads.

Could it be our mystical Masonic friends playing the goat?

Any information would be greatfully appreciated.
