Our staff are to be very busy this autumn and winter period working wonders with willow.

We are working with willow coppice to make hurdles. 

Lots of schools are making living willow structures with us, as are Dalton Retail Park and several community groups.

Local authorities are using our services to run events for staff and public participation.  Bird box making, bulb planting, wildlife education and surveys are among the wide variety of activities we are doing this month.

Work with schools will continue, we are enhancing school grounds for biodiversity and curriculum relevant outdoor activities.  Outdoor classrooms, mazes and development of wildlife and vegetable gardens is all work for the winter.
