WELCOME TO THE WEBSITE OF BADENOCH & STRATHSPEY TARTAN ARMY!

BASTA were formed in 2001 within the Cairngorm Hotel, Aviemore to enable Scottish football supporters in the local area to travel to matches together.  The club had small humble beginnings but have risen to a membership of around 100 from across the north of Scotland!  The club run buses and entertainment to all Scottish home matches at Hampden Park, organise regular social events including a Christmas dinner and travel together to a variety of away matches!  2011 saw the club celebrate its 10th birthday with a massive outdoor party at our home at the Cairn in Aviemore.  The club regularly supports and fundraises for local charities and takes part in the annual Tartan Army Childrens Charity Kilt Walk from Hampden Park to Loch Lomond.  BASTA is affilitated to the Association of Tartan Army Clubs which looks after supporters interests.  Should you require any information on BASTA please complete the "feedback" section of our website.  We're coming down the road!!!
