UNDERWORLD: the use of caves, rock shelters and underground places during the Scottish Iron Age - FREE day seminar, Highland Council Chamber, Inverness - Saturday 27th April 2013

RoCAS are excited about the upcoming seminar organised by our colleague Steven Birch who, with Martin Wildgoose, co-directed 7 seasons of excavation at High Pasture Cave and 4 seasons of excavation at Fiscavaig Rock Shelter on the Isle of Skye.  The seminar focuses on the results of the excavations of these two fascinating sites and their place in Scottish archaeology.
