Our watching brief, in conjunction with West Coast

Archaeological Services, last summer in Broadford, Skye  

uncovered a souterrain, grain-drying kiln, grain storage pits

and a Bronze Age cist with two Beaker pots.  Recent analysis of

sediment from the souterrain has recovered two tiny brown

glass beads.
