RESIDENT OF THE DAY
September will see the start of the RESIDENT OF THE DAY programme.
Resident of the day is a very simple initiative designed to ensure that every resident receives a visit from department heads to discuss any issues that a resident may have with home life or their care. Care plans will also be updated in full consultation with residents. Relatives are very welcome to be present but we suggest telephoning the home prior to making a special trip to confirm date and time.
