This site was set up to provide a forum for those who wish others to know about their experiences with a Property Management Agent. Its intension is to give those thinking of moving into Leasehold property a guide into what they can expect from their Managing Agent before they decide whether to purchase or not.

It is also hoped that, by publishing problems which residents / tenants may have with existing Managing Agents, other contributors will be able to assist in showing ways to alleviate the concerns. Your problem may well have been already discussed and you will know you are not unique (problems with Managing Agents are usually not unique!). 

Of course, positive posts about your particular Managing Agent are more than welcome. A balanced view is necessary, and contributors do need all the information they can get.

It is open to everyone to pass comment or ask for help or give advice.
