Purchased 2006, beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex apartment with two balconies. Located in a peaceful residential area of Beldibi yet minutes from shops, bars & restaurants and the cosmopolitan resort of Marmaris. There is lots to do in the area and on the many day trips.

ACCOMMODATION

The accommodation is furnished and equipped as our family home. Cupboards are stocked, and the wine rack is full. All we ask is that you replace what you use as you go along and enjoy your time in Turkey as we do. You will find a full itinerary for the property here and a picture tour here.

Bedrooms[3]	Three double bedrooms. All with double beds, wardrobes and drawer space. Each with views of the garden. The master bedroom is air conditioned.
Bathrooms [2]	Very spacious main bathroom. Fully tiled with bath, power shower, WC and washbasin. Second guest bathroom with WC and washbasin.
Kitchen	Fully fitted kitchen with floor and wall cupboards.Full suite of appliances including cooker, hob, electric grill, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, cups, glasses, utensils - everything!
Living Room	Lovely relaxing airy room. Large LCD TV & DVD player complete with good selection of films. You can play CD's via the TV sound system or you can use the portable ipod docking system. You will also find a selection of books and games etc.
Balconies[2]	There are balconies of the living room and kitchen. Both have power so you can cook outside using the portable electric grill or BBQ. Chairs, tables etc are provided.

ACCESSABILITY
