The band 'The Riffs' are a collection of four professional musicians who for the last 15 years have been performing at an enormous variety of events, both internationally and throughout the UK. The band are available for wedding receptions, corporate functions, private parties and any occassion in need of quality, exciting entertaiment.
The Riffs have a wealth of experience from appearing on Sky TV after winning Global Icon (writing and performing their own original music), to performing with the Kaiser Cheifs, Simple Minds, Lilly Allen and Professor Green to name but a few. The band have performed in Dubai, Sicily, Holland all throughout the UK, performing at some of the most prestigious venues; Jools Holland's Venue, Football Stadiums, Race Courses, Stately Homes, university balls and festivals.
The Riffs pride themselves on providing a raw, energetic show that recreates the best intepretation of the great guitar bands and solo artists of the last 60 years.
The Riffs are a unique band who have worked exceptionally hard to ensure the live sound is as athentic as the raw and electric sound of the bands covered, spending almost three years as the resident band at one of Hull's foremost live music venues.
