SUPPER EVENING

No further Supper Evenings are currently planned.

The following message is from Vivienne Smith:

"Sorry campers that this report was too late for the July/Aug magazine but so was the Supper Evening.

Choosing Mendip Spring for my final supper proved to be an excellent choice. I could not have wished for a better ending to my many years of enjoying this role with the U3A.  Conner the chef and Clare his assistant made sure that we all were more than satisfied with our choices which resulted in a very relaxed evening with happy people and happy stomachs!

I would like to thank all that have joined and supported me over the years because without you it would not have had the success it has had. The flowers and card given was a total emotional surprise and I thank you all.

I hope that in the near future another volunteer will start the evening again and if I can be of help in any way, call."
