The Rambler is pleased to report that surfaces on most paths in the area , including the Jurassic Way, are much firmer and ‘cleaner’ at present than they were earlier this year.

He has just returned from his favourite walk without the need to clean his boots !

Waymarking on the local section of the Jurassic way has also been updated and the previously slightly obscure signs cleaned and cleared of foliage etc.

Unfortunately, evidence suggests that the horribly close Winwick Wind Farm is now under constuction - work on access tracks has begun.

So, If you wish to enjoy the landscape around Honey Hill before the intrusion of another six massive wind turbines, the Rambler suggests that you get your boots on fairly soon!
