I have a new interest in .following the 'side". My thanks to all at Oakside for livening up Saturday afternoons and 
some cold and miserable nights. Everyone has worked hard to change the atmosphere at Oakside. 
 I feel I am part of the club and looking forward to the new season. The team, Fenny and his staff deserved their 
success on Monday after a sometimes difficult season. It was a brilliant afternoon, I never thought that Southend could be so exciting!
