Welcome to Stumpy Racing

NEWS FLASH !!!!!

On Sunday 21st january Team Stumpy Racing went for a days racing on the beach at Mablethorpe. It started cold and dry by the end it was snowing. But we had a very enjoyable days racing. I have got to thank Geoff Jeggo and my eldest son Alex Milton for being my mechanics and vital pushers in a very cold and snowy conditions. Also want to thank all the marshals and first aid personnel who endured the cold conditions to allow us to race. At the end of the days racing I came 4th and there was some improvement in my performance but there is a lot more needed and I will work hard to get to where I want to be. Thank you all for your support.

Proudly showing off my runners up trophy from Maplethorpe

I am a former member of H.M. Forces and proudly served in the Royal Regiment of Artillery. But since being discharged I have been driving coaches.

Two years ago I was unfortunate to have two toes amputated. The doctors told me I would never race a bike again.I was determined to prove them wrong.

I have ridden amateur speedway and ridden in the British amateur veterans championships in the laydown class for under 40's on my upright jawa 897. But now I ride a Jawa 884 laydown grasstrack bike.

I am racing to prove that you can still carry on with a disability like an amputation.

I am currently funding myself but if you, or you know someone or a company who would like to become a partner or sponsor of Stumpy Racing please get in touch there is space on my bike, Kevlars, Van and teamwear for you to put your name and company logo, click here for more details
