Prior to establishing my consultancy in 2002 I have worked in the legal department of a trade union, for an employer's organisation and for a major blue chip company as an employment relations specialist and in-house lawyer. In terms of operating as a Consultant, my objective is excellent client service, I achieve this working to the following principles:

• I offer cost effective solutions - where possible I work to pre-agreed fixed prices
