This WebSite was created on 9th November 2015, and is still "under construction" - more recipes will be added when I have time.

I am not a cook !  I'm simply making recipes available, from various collections.  Some have been scanned, others transcribed from hand-writing, so there may be errors - if you spot one, please let me know.
