Non-Faitherhood

26 March 2013

An unmarried father without Parental Rights has no right to act on the child's behalf or to be consulted over

*which school the child attends,

*any decisions affecting the child's schooling,

*which religion, if any, (s)he is brought up in,

*what medical treatment (s)he receives,

*what name (s)he is known by,

*or whether (s)he is put up for adoption.

In addition, without Parental Rights

*An unmarried father cannot apply for or hold a passport for the child

*or access/ sign official documents or medical/ school records.

Today I still didn't want anything you could get from a shop. I still shudder to think of the mindset of the person who is doing this. Self-obsessed to the point of psychosis? Maybe.

Even murderers retain their parental rights. A right is an inalienable thing. Not "given" at a psycho's behest.

A psycho has already decided that it is in their keeping to confer "rights" on individuals (the disabled, children, men or women... or whoever...) but only when the psycho decides those individuals "deserve" or have "earned" those rights. The psycho cannot understand the concept of "rights".  Self-obsessed to the point of tantrum with no concept of others. Or how their actions affect others.
