P2G for short is 'Play2Give', a group of individuals brought together under one whole big event with a shared objective to raise money for local charity through holding the most brilliant of fun events, the beautiful game of football! The P2G Committee was formed back in September 2007, formed under Andrew Baker (the inspiration behind the event), and has already experienced incredible support through the monies raised and the tournaments held so far! With plans already in the pipeline for a 3rd Play2Give in the summer of 2009, it's certainly shaping up to be an even better goal next time round!

2008 P2G through Andrew and Maxine (and not to forget all the hard efforts of teams) have raised a total of £3,400 - the target being £3000  - of which the proceeds will be split between two very deserving local causes.

P2G is also about trying to help the benefiting charities receive greater support and awareness through the teams and people who take part.
