New website for Neighbourhood Watch

This is a sample website for evaluation by Neighbourhood Watch co-ordinators.

The idea is to provide an easy to navigate website that includes all neighbourhood watch schemes in a specific area.

It provides the means for co-ordinators to be kept up to date with alerts from a central source.
