The aim of this website is for the Police to pass information to Neighbourhood Watch organisers and to help them to co-ordinate their groups.  It will also provide a means for NW organisers to give feedback and information to the Police.

Before this website is officially approved and launched, it will show all concerned the possibilities of what can be done in this day and age of Internet communications.  It provides the basis for evaluation and discussion.

It highlights (with an example) the need to make all concerned aware about the various scams and con-merchants who take advantage of residents - especially the older generation.

When in active use, email alerts can be sent to NW organisers to inform them that the website has been updated. Alternatively, automatic email notification can be arranged to inform of any change to the content.
