Instructing on a private lesson today that gave me the opportunity to induldge in one of my great loves - pugilism for street fighting.

A tough old morning, but very fulfilling and gave me the chance to bang on about some of the old style techniques and methods, whilst working them in for modern street combatives.

You always know when you had a good training session - your's knuckles are red raw and you can't feel your arms at the end of the drill.

Now with the recent workload from the security business at a steady pace, and with the back-log of private lessons (nearly) out of the way, I'm opening the floor up and I'll be available for private lessons again from April.

There was one or two people that I had to turn down unfortunately (due to time restrictions), but if they are still interested please feel free to contact me and we'll work something out.
