We had a nice little impromptu close quarter grappling session today, which lets face it are always knackering.

Short intense bursts of action gave us/me the chance to try out some new drills and look over some concepts for review. 

Amongst other things we worked in transistion, striking, ground and takedown applications.

The findings were interesting and I'll be adding the adendums to the syllabus for the future.
