Marlee Gardens Residents Association

Representing the residents of Marlee Gardens Residential Park, Kinloch, Blairgowrie,  Perthshire. PH10 6SD

Marlee Loch is a residential mobile home (Park Home ) Village situated in rural Perthshire, Scotland, just outside the historic town of Blairgowrie.  This high quality park home estate, where residence is restricted to over 50’s, was established in 2015  and while still in development, hosts 50 detached homes (three are currently for sale, two brand new being sold by Kennedy Caravan Parks Ltd and one being sold by a resident). Residents have all chosen the park home life style for its sense of community, security and quality of life in this rural setting.

The Park is located 1.9 miles from Blairgowrie with its Post Office, medical centre, and pharmacy, shopping centre and other amenities. See location map on right.  A regular bus service is accessed from the park linking to Blairgowrie (5 minutes’ drive) which has regular services to Perth and Dundee with its larger shops, services and general hospital.  There is a regular train and bus service form Perth to Glasgow and Edinburgh

Residence at Marlee Loch is governed by the Mobile Homes Act 1983 and is a different form of tenure from bricks and mortar properties but can be more rewarding.

This website is owned, funded and operated by the Marlee Gardens community through its Qualifying Resident Association and has no connection with the park owners, Kennedy Caravan Parks Ltd. The park owners and the residents association work closely to ensure the park runs well and that residents can relax and enjoy park home living.
