This website is for displaying things I am making to raise funds for the mental health charity 'Makeamove' in 2021.
'Make a Move is a charity that helps people make positive changes in their lives and improve their mental health using movement, music, mindfulness and a range of other creative and therapeutic techniques'.
As a health visitor I became involved in the innovative therapeutic sessions developed for mothers with young children since 2011. I am Robyn Pound and in retirement now I continue supporting Makeamove group sessions and fund raising through this venture.
I am grateful for the ideas and quality checks of friends and family and design help from Alistair and Kip.
