Honeybrook is a beautiful 4/5 bedroomed thatched holiday cottage dating from around the 16th century with many of its original features including the large working inglenook fireplace and beamed ceilings. Honeybrook can sleep 8 to 10 confortably, its situated in the beautiful and much-loved Farway Valley which is midway between the market town of Honiton and Sidmouth, East Devon’s premier coastal resort. , It's set in a sunny, sheltered location and stands in a profusely stocked mature and colourful partly-walled garden of approximately 1/3rd acre which is bounded on one side by the small Coly Brook. The setting is quiet and secluded and delightful rural walks emanate from Honeybrook doorstep.

Farway is a tiny scattered village situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and has an ancient Parish Church, Primary School and bustling social life. The World Heritage coastline at Lyme Bay, colloquially known as the Jurassic Coast lies some 6.5 miles to the south. Honiton (4 Miles north) has a good selection of shops, including Tesco and Marks & Spencer Simply Food, together with main line rail link to London (Waterloo). Exeter is only 20 miles away with its much larger shopping centre, M5 access, international airport, theatres and main line rail link to London (Paddington).
