We are a small croft in Lairg in the Northern Highlands of Scotland. We produce pure Highland beef and market garden produce in a natural way using no artificial fertilizers or growth enhancers. We are also members of the East Sutherland Producers who run regular Farmer's Markets in Dornoch. Our Highland beef will only be available 3 or 4 times a year. It can be ordered directly from the croft or purchased at the Dornoch Farmer's Markets. Our next beef will be available from October 2008 and again in December.
