We run a family farm and a farm shop and factory, and also supply both meat and smoked fish by mail order.

On our farm we produce organic beef,  lamb and rare-breed outdoor pigs. Our Aberdeen AngusX beef and Orkney organic lamb are raised on our grassland and heather hill, resulting in fabulous flavour and tenderness. 

We also smoke local farmed salmon and organic salmon, make our own kippers etc.

We sell all our organic products through our shop and by mail order.

We are very keen to promote local produce and our shop stocks predominantly local foods.
