Iwan Richards was called to the Bar at the Inner Temple, London in 2004 and is an unregistered barrister. For the avoidance of doubt, he does not provide legal services which are Reserved Legal Activities under the Legal Services Act 2007. He is a Chartered Town Planner and a Landscape Architect.
In his capacity as a Chartered Town Planner he provides Legal Advice on Town Planning and Environmental matters, and he was a government appointed Commissioner with the Infrastructure Planning Commission, and also served on the Prince of Wales Committee.
He has recently been appointed by the cabinet Office to advise on Masterplanning and Infrastructure
