   Welcome!

Inverness Skating and Ice Dance Club meets on Sundays between 09.00* and 1.15pm at the Inverness Ice Centre.

The aim of the club is to provide a happy, safe environment and professional tuition to enable skaters of all ages and standards to participate and progress, whether they want to skate for fun or to take it more seriously.

Anyone can come along and try skating at the Club for three sessions before deciding if they want to join.

The cost of entry includes the two hour skating session, the use of club skates and a group lesson.

Please see the news and calendar pages for details of special events and the club schedule.

We ask that all skaters be on the ice well before their lesson times to get warmed up and to practice. After most lessons there is also an opportunity to practice what you have learned. Skate UK levels 1-8 session is 11.00-1.15pm.

The club is affiliated to BIS, British Ice Skating.

* Advanced skaters who are members of the club (minimum - passed skate UK level 8) have their own extra session between 9.00 and 10.45am.

Over Gold skaters session is 9.00-10.00am, Those working on Skate Star levels (Bronze, Silver and Gold) may access the ice at 9.55am to complete their warmup before their lesson at 10.00am

The Fun Bit

Although our skaters enjoy developing their skills, it's not all work. We also know our club is an ideal place to make new friends and have a lot of fun. We have a party at Christmas and an annual club competition when there are trophies to be won by skaters at all levels.

If you want to get in touch use the feebback tab on the left.  Come along - we'd love to see you.
