Relocating to Highlands
Im thinking seriously of moving from Dumfries & Galloway to live in the Highlands and as Im a keen hill walker want to know how I join a local club. Im currently a member of a group in D&G & need to continue walking when I move. It may not be for a few months yet, however it's on the cards, job hunting at the moment, how would I go about joining when the time comes, thanks

Hi Jackie - thanks for your enquiry. I hope you are successful in your plans to move to the Highlands.
Please contact me whenever you are ready on highlandhillwalkers@fsmail.net for a trial walk - this gives you an opportunity to see how the club operates.
The Info Page for New Members has a paragraph Membership Application where the form is described.
Regards, Andy.
