Based in the High Peak area of Derbyshire close to the Peak District National Park. Experience walking over varied terrain ranging from the gentle trails of Cheshire and Derbyshire to the high and bleak Peak District moorlands of Kinder and Bleaklow.
The area is not only well known for its natural beauty but is also steeped in history. Close by are the former industrial towns of Glossop, Hayfield, New Mills, Whaley Bridge and Marple, to mention just a few.
Guided walks can follow preset itineries or be tailor made to suit your interests. You could include a mixture of themes such as: landscape and geology, natural history, industrial history, or if you prefer it, could cover an introduction to walking and navigating skills.
