Changeover Cleaning

The clean is at a fixed, previously agreed rate and is a comprehensive property clean after guests have departed. Your property is restored to its previous condition, beds are made up with fresh linen, towels replaced and welcome packs refilled.

Any maintenance issues are noted on the Residential Cleaning Checklist and you are notified. We leave a copy of the checklist for your records.

Mid Stay

If your guests are staying for two weeks we can arrange for fresh linen and towels.

Vacant Refreshing

If your property is not let for a period we can check all is well and dust as appropriate.

Welcome Packs

Most owners provide welcome packs but we can do this for you and include such items as tea,coffee,sugar,bread,butter etc. It is these touches that make a difference and gain you repeat bookings.
