NEUROMUSCULAR THERAPY, £40 

Neuromuscular therapy consists of alternating levels of concentrated pressure on the areas of muscle spasm. The massage therapy pressure is usually applied with the fingers, knuckles, or elbow. Once applied to a muscle spasm, the pressure should not vary for ten to thirty seconds. 

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE, £40 

Massage therapy is a system of treatment that works by stroking, kneading, tapping or pressing the soft tissues of the body. It aims to relax you mentally and physically. It has been used for centuries. Massage may concentrate on the muscles, the soft tissues. Typically Swedish or deep tissue. 

REFLEXOLOGY, £40 

Reflexology means applying pressure and massage to areas on your feet and hands. The feet are the most common area to treat, by massaging the reflex areas in your feet that match every part of your body. These maps can vary a little between different branches of reflexology. 

ACUPRESSURE, £40 

A therapy developed over 5,000 years ago as an important aspect of Asian, especially Chinese, medicine. It uses precise finger placement and pressure over specific points along the body. These points follow specific channels, known as meridians - the same channels used in acupuncture. 

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE, £40 

Essential Oil therapy, can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize and promote the health of body, mind and spirit. It seeks to unify physiological, psychological and spiritual processes to enhance an individual’s innate healing process 
. 
ANTI-AGEING AROMATHERAPY FACIAL £40 

A treatment where the clients face and neck are deep cleansed, toned then the client has an essential oil massage. The essential oils are tailored to the client’s skin type. A range of Natural mineral powders such as calamine or French clay, is chosen to suit the client’s skin type. A mask is made and applied to the face and neck. Once removed the skin is toned for a final time. It is particular good for skin conditions aging skin and balancing skin tone and reducing redness. 

PREGNANCY MASSAGE £40 

Treatment suited to client’s stage of pregnancy. Combination of acupressure, aromatherapy and passive joint movements. Helps with swelling, pain, fatigue and lymphatic drainage. Client can remain clothed if this is her preference. 


NUTRITIONAL ADVICE, £15 

REMEDIAL AND SPORT MASSAGE £40 

Expressly for injury recovery and prevention. Passive joint movements frictions, infrared light used, oils with analgesic properties used. GP referrals taken. 


STRESS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM £40, 4 sessions £140 

Client centred treatment, involves focused visualisation, breathing techniques, meditation a combination with other complementary therapies. This treatment has the aim to give the client the tools to reduce their stress and anxiety levels. Help will insomnia, stress, cognitive function, increase creativity, and develop coping strategie

REIKI £40 

Our Reiki practitioner runs a Sunday sessions of individual Reiki sessions. he has many years experience working within this field and is also a fullY qualified Complementary Therapist. Clients receive a full consultation before session and after care advice. Contact us for further information.

EXPRESS 30MIN MASSAGE £20 
A range of different massage techniques use over the clothing to reduce stress, muscle tension and fatigue. Great for an afternoon pick me up, Unwind after work or just set yourself up for a good start to the day. Good for the stressed short on time. 

All Treatment are priced at 1 Hour. (Unless stated) £10 with be charges for every extra half hour.
