Welcome to the Glencroft Rabble web site - digital home of the team that embraces the world of cycling in its many forms.
The Glencroft Rabble are a crack team of riders specialized in the efficient consumption of tea and decimation of cakey goodness. With all this energy to burn they find themselves races to have some fun and lay down some rubber.
Results over the years can be found in the "Results Archive".
The Rabble has a diverse range of members, with more information about each rider on the "Rabblers" page.
Many of the Rabblers are students and members of other clubs. The Glencroft Rabble is not affiliated with British Cycling (yet). Because of these reasons, we can't represent the Rabble at every race thus the Calendar displays just the races that the 'blue and white' will be flying.
Find out more about the history of the team at the bottom of this page and recent events on the "Race Results/Reports" page. Please feel free to suggest improvements or leave comments on the "Feedback" or "Guestbook" pages.

Glencroft Rabble History
The Glencroft Rabble name originates from the 5-a-side footy team that Gavin, James and their cousins, Dave and RiRi played for. Aunty Kay came up with the name at the national 6-day orienteering event where a friendly football competition was being held as a side event. Glencroft is the name of the Shirley's home. The black head logo is that of a goat in relevance to the Shirley family owning goats. From a football team 10 years ago, the name was first used for our cycling team at Strathpuffer 24hr race in 2006.
