The Gairloch Boat Club Junior Beginners Sailing Course was held Monday 20th to Friday 24th July 2015.

Conditions were, to say the least, challenging and Thursday's session had to be cancelled as it was too windy.

All 9 young sailors achieved Level 1 of the RYA syllabus as taught by Rob Bashford, the RYA Senior Instructor from Inverness.

As we are not yet an RYA Training Centre we cannot issue RYA Certificates but they were all awarded the Gairloch Boat Club Certificates of Achievement.

We hope most or all of them will continue to develop their sailing skills.
