 Fund Raising

Dianne Heath has sent the following suggestion - it is worth us all joining to raise funds for GSCAA

I'm helping GSCAA to raise money whenever I shop online - could you do the same?

It's very simple - just visit http://www.easyfundraising.org.uk/causes/gscaa/  to register and shop with over 2000 well known retailers like Amazon, Argos, M&S, eBay and many more. Whenever I buy something, the retailer makes a donation to GSCAA. They've helped other causes raise over £2,000,000 so it really does work.

Plus, if you register before 30st June 2011 you'll automatically receive one entry into a FREE PRIZE DRAW to win a 16GB Apple iPad 2 worth £449 from Euroffice.

So please make a difference to GSCAA and take a look at easyfundraising today

All members are welcome to attend any committee meeting; these are held on the third Wednesday of each month.

Minutes of previous committee meetings can be found in the Documents page - click on the link in the menu on the left.

Progress on the new plots
We now have a pictorial progress of the work on the new sites. Click on images (on the left) and follow the link. This will be updated to show the continuing sucess of the project.

E Mail

Please use the 'Contact us' link in the menu with any ideas.

It can also be used to contact the committee as required. Please be patient - we will check for mail on a regular basis but probably not daily!

Rent

2012 rent set at the AGM at £45 per plot

Council rents look set to be charging by the square metre - self managed saving likely to be significant once more!

SHUT THE GATE!

Grants

Significant funding for improved security & site access has been captured this year - the changes and progress made are there for all to see. We are now close to being able to expand to the benefit of all.

If any members have contacts or ideas for grants, please contact Barry using the e mail address above

Shop

Brian has kindly agreed to man the shop on a regular basis.
