Re: improvements to Hillside and London Road Gardens
This is all very encouraging. I agree that lighting should have priority and am particularly excited about the prospect of using the Royal Terrace Garden Cottage as some sort of community space. Aesthetically the railings would be pleasing but I can see that they may be intimidating.
