Welcome to the Friends of Hillside & Calton Area

The varied parks and gardens of Hillside and Calton area provide much loved breathing spaces in our city centre neighbourhood. We believe that by getting active to take care of our parks and gardens we can improve our environment and build a healthier community.

FoHCA aims to maintain and enhance all our green spaces, from Calton Hill to Montgomery Street Park, by bringing local people together and by working together with other groups and organisations. This includes another Friends group which has a dedicated remit specific to Montgomery Street Park.
