WELCOME AND GOODBYES
We would like to welcome Holly to the Senior Section unit.

BURNS NIGHT
Congratulations to the girls for organizing their own Burns Night. They ate Scottish food, did a quiz and also one group did a play.

DYNAMIC YOUTH AWARD
This term the girls have been working towards their Dynamic Youth Award by creating folders all about  the Millennium Development Goal No.1 Together We Can End Extreme Poverty and Hunger which we studied last term. The folders will be passed on to a tested who will then decided if the girls have achieved enough to get the certificate. This certificate can be added to their CV in later years.

TARTAN GIG
First act Cher Lloyd has been announced and tickets are now paid for, only the bus costs to meet which we hope the up and coming coffee morning will help contribute to that.

EMERGENCY DETAILS UPDATE
Please keep us updated of new numbers, mobile numbers and emergency contacts etc in case  we have to contact parents/carers.

QUEENS DIAMOND JUBILEE
This term we have worked towards this unique badge by organizing and holding an afternoon tea fit for a queen, played afternoon tea beetle, horse racing to name a few of the royal activities. The girls will receive their badges after the Easter Holidays.

SWIMMING GALA
Well done to Megan for taking part in the annual swimming gala.

THINKING DAY SERVICE
Thanks to everybody who turned out for this years service and received the 2012 Thinking Day Service badge. It was a lovely service and all sections took part with readings and flags. Thanks to Maureen Anderson our County President who attended and helped us renew our promises.

COFFEE MORNING
We are holding a cream scone coffee morning in the church hall on Saturday 31st March to raise some badly needed funds. There will also be a raffle in which each guide has been ask to donate one raffle prize and also a book stall. All donations of scone would begratefully received. Girls please be at the hall for 9.00 am for set up. you will be finished by 12.30. Please wear full uniform.

GANG SHOW
This is taking place at Eden Court on Wednesday 11th April. It starts at 7.30 p.m. so pick up points will be
Christine House*6.00 p.m.
Fort Augustus village car park*6.15 p.m.
Invermoriston Hall *6.30 p.m.
For return times we will contact parents on the way home

STARS
Our new star system was put into action last term to encourage the girls to wear their uniform, complete badges, attend events, complete go for it's etc. Winner this term was Sophie.



Once again thanks to everyone who has helped out this term, have a great Easter and don't eat too many eggs
