I have spent several years working with ex-offenders and I know and fully understand the barriers that they face.
Having a record is a major barrier to getting a job and this could be the start of a long journey for you, but if you are serious and determined to break the cycle of re-offending, then I can help you along this journey.
This journey will be long and hard, as you will on occasions come up against a brick wall due to the ignorance and intolerance of many employers. For example you might have a conviction for burglary and be applying for a job where the employer may well be a victim of such a crime. This means that your application will go straight in the bin.
DO NOT GIVE UP !
By far the most successful method of job application in this situation is by using a system of fair and honest disclosure to the employer.
