I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Health Professions Council and chartered with the British Psychological Society. As well as being a member of the BPS, I am also a member of the following BPS divisions: The Division of Clinical Psychology, The Division of Coaching Psychology.
After completing my training I joined the Clinical Psychology Service for Children and Young People, NHS Highland. In 2003 I undertook the setting up of Maggie's Highlands at Raigmore Hospital, Inverness, a drop-in service for anyone affected by cancer, and became the Centre Head as well as running the Psychology service. In 2006 I moved back to the NHS to be the Lead Psychologist for Primary Care.
Currently I have a Private Practice in the Scottish Borders, work part time at The Keil Centre in Edinburgh (www.keilcentre.co.uk), teach Mindfulness for NES as part of a project to build capacity for Mindfulness in Scotland and am a core trainer for Mindfulness Scotland.
