'Digital Magic' is a range of new digital media services offered to museums, archives, heritage organisations, and Galleries, by Plexus Media. We have more than 20 years experience in graphic design, multimedia and web programming, and image editing.
Digital Magic services include:
Image Magic:
- High quality scanning of artwork and photographic prints and transparencies - up to A3 size.
- Digital 'tuning' of your scans - images individually enhanced to balance colour and tone to reveal maximum detail and quality
- Retouching of digital images to remove scratches and other blemishes
- Conversion of images to and from from almost any format
- Corrupted file rescue - opening and repair of corrupted image files
- Resizing and conversion of large numbers of image files to/from different formats, and supplied to you on CD or DVD.
PDF Magic:
- Design of PDF documents from scratch
- Editing of existing PDF files including - changing text, adding or deleting graphics, adding new pages.
- Splitting and Combining - removing pages form PDFs or combining two or more PDF documents into a single PDF file
- Design and creation of PDF forms with fields for including customer responses
- Compression of PDF documents to reduce storage size or internet download time - by as much as 90%!
