Techie Towers is a tranquil hideaway for the computer novice. We're all out lashing another coat of hammerite on the portcullis at the minute. But the kettle's always on the boil, so come on in, pour yourself a coffee, and take a look around.

Though our friendly site has it's serious side you will doubtless find it has it's lighter side as well. We hope you enjoy the mix. Many of the pages are undergoing live content construction, but you are more than welcome to roam around the grounds and see what we have so far. 

Take things at your own pace, we know there are those among us who find it a bit of an uphill struggle to get to grips with technology. We are conscious of the fact that we need to minimise techno babble and substitute plain language. This we endeavour to achieve. This site is hosted by Spanglefish. Who are they. Well if you have always wanted your own website, don't want to pay for it, and don't know where to start, these are your people. We told them a little about ourselves, they set up the shell of this website and left us to create out own menu's etc and fill in the content, did I mention it was free, brilliant.
